Pick a plan appropriate to your pocket, and automatically receive early bird discounts. Register for a debit order or a credit card monthly subscription, or pay all upfront, and earn rewards on your credit card.

Your school fee payments will reflect on your school account 7 days after the month end, without any deduction for fees or administration. You can also pay for any school related activity the school chooses to list on the site, and have immediate confirmation of payment to ensure your funds are correctly allocated for any school event.

How it works

For Schools

Collecting school fees is an administrative and time consuming business. Using schoolPlan, your Bursar can set up the payment plans you wish to offer, in a single sitting, and let the system do the rest. Parents create an account online, make payment via a variety of payment gateways or register for a debit orders. Payments are collected automatically via credit card or debit order, ensuring monthly payment plans are always met. Your school receives a live view of all payments made for the schools account, and will receive one monthly distribution with all payment details to reconcile to your school accounts. We decrease the administration for a bursar from 3 hours per day to 3 hours per month!
